House Báine was named for the Lady Báine who died for her falsely accused husband, Ríoghán Casey, champion and hero of the Riacht. I chose the name Ciara myself.

Single, not that it makes much difference. If I want, I take.

I cast in the name of the Bansidhe, so yes, second-level spellcasting.

I'd be Chief of the Riacht, as dictated by my birthright as a direct descendant of the Bansidhe. Unfortunately Chief Mael-Duin Casey still stands by the "direct descendant of Ríoghán Casey is a better claim to rule" statement, and with House Casey backing him we are a little outnumbered.

As an actually art-related update, DM Overlord Andy has kindly offered to give another friend and I some drawing tips, and we may well be getting our first lesson tonight, which in turn will hopefully lead to uploads. I did some scrawling again today but as before I still don't have my inking pens, and I don't really have the time to play with it on GIMP at the moment. It's the last week of uni here and I have a lot of work to be doing...posting on here is essentially a way of avoiding doing it.

It's ridiculous how much stuff I left back in Hampshire when I moved back to Cambridge. Actually, it's not so much that - it's how much of the wrong stuff I bought instead. I bought my folder of finished artwork and not the stuff I was working on. I bought all my old important paperwork and documents, and left the current stuff. I bought all the Warhammer paints I'm not currently using, and left the ones I need. It would be quite annoying but I think it's quite funny. Anyway that's mainly my excuse for not having anything to submit, or for just re-submitting things I already have the lineart for. There's loads of stuff I want to finish but I don't want to restart any of it because I know I already have it lying around. In any case I'm going back on Friday for the weekend, so I'll try to remember everything there. (I'm going to see Finntroll on Saturday in London. I'm not sure what to make of that. At the moment I'm going with YAY!)

I'm currently into my Dark Elves, Supernatural and Prince of Persia, but I doubt my ability to get either theme onto paper, so I guess I'll carry on scrawling original stuff, which I prefer doing anyway when I have ideas for anything. I have noticed though that I don't get as many comments on original stuff as I do fanart and the like - is that just coincidence or do people just prefer commenting on vaguely familiar themes, I wonder?

1. Taken from Ambekyer, who I was already playing at Lorien Trust, and shortened. Ambekyer is in turn from TROS, and I made it up there because I liked the sound of it.
2. For a D&D campaign.
3. She started out traditional rogue, and turned into chaotic/good love-shinies save-the-world trigger-happy romanticist. lol, I quite like that description.
4. She's more like me than I intended her to be. I love role-playing her because of that. She's me, if I liked expensive wine and stabbing people.

1. Kev gave me the name when I created him.
2. He was my first StEx OC, back when I was a StEx fangirl. He was loosely based on Kev in appearance, but most of his personality was based on the pose he accidentally ended up in the first time I drew him.
3. He's a bit more confident, he ended up bisexual (bizarrely), but otherwise he stayed pretty much as he was.

Summer Constantine
1. It was the best name I could think of for a Malkavian Vampire afraid of the dark. I wanted something happy and summery and this was my favourite of the ones we came up with. (Except I blagged the surname from Garth Constantine, who belongs to A. Page, because I liked the sound of it )
2. My first (and current) Vampires in Public character.
3. She was originally a happy, young-for-her-age optimist who all but refused to believe her own curse. More recently she's been given a better backstory and accidentally gotten on the wrong side of a very dangerous recurring NPC, and has become (as described recently by another player) a bit of a nervous wreck. Still, she's Chancellor of Coventry now. :3
4. She loves explosives.
